Jodie Goulden

Jodie draws on a global career spanning 25 years in senior leadership roles and consulting across the USA, Europe, and Asia. As founder of Orgdesign Works and faculty for the European Organisation Design Forum, she helps organizations design for impact, blending hands-on business insight with cutting-edge practice.

A Certified Organization Design Professional (CODP), Jodie serves on the Board of the Organization Design Forum. Her diverse career has included leadership roles at BASF, Cognis, Lucent Technologies, Alcatel, Nokia, and Deloitte, giving her a unique inside perspective on how organizations work and change.

Jodie holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Western Australia and has completed advanced coursework in Organization Design, Strategy, and Design Thinking at RWTH Aachen, D-Collective/University of Würzburg, MIT, and Michigan Ross Business School.

As a consultant, Jodie’s accomplishments include developing a bottom-up change initiative for a pan-European finance department in the aerospace industry, helping it adapt to shifting market demands and improve effectiveness. She also supported the sustainability function of a global agriculture company, clarifying their role and mandate to enable a new business strategy.

In a recent project, she led a review of a manufacturing organization facing the need to rapidly scale production, engaging the entire site leadership team to align on strategic direction and identify priorities for change. Her ability to create tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs makes her a highly sought-after partner in organization design.
